1. Survival Magazine
2. I like where they took the photo, they took it near or outside a tunnel, which is really cool. I like the font they chose for the cover.
3. I think that made they could have some survival tools around them like a hammer and rope or something.
4. I picked this cover because I like that they took it outside, and the location that they took it at, no one else took it there.
5. There is a barcode, and it is an appropriate size and in the correct location.
6. I would pick this magazine up because most of the magazine covers have adults on them, or too many words, or inappropriate things on them, but this magazine doesn't.
7. I can tell that it was a self-portrait.

1. I like the photo of the berries because i love the way that he lets that little ray of sunlight through the berries.
2. My least favorite was the Exit sign because it wan't as creative as the rest of the amazing photos he took.
3. I think that every single one of the photos were real well thought out. Also, the footprint idea was really creative.
4. One area that they could improve on is on making the images more clear.
5. I think they did the best portraying image of the berries.
6. I think that they weren't as successful in portraying the image of the exit sign.

Magazine Covers

Review

1) Imagination by Shawn Mendes

I chose Imagination by Shawn Mendes as the best song of 2015. I chose this photo because I love this song because I found myself listing to it many times each day. Something that attracted to this song was that it is different from oner songs. A lot of the songs in this world are about doing gross things to girls, but this song is different, and respects girls. 

2) Cinderella

I chose Cinderella as the best movie of 2014. I chose this movie because I like the remix from the old one. The old one didn't have as much descriptive features as the new one. I know the old one was made with drawings, but I like the new one because your able t see all the emotion going on, and all the sadness in the movie, and you feel like your actually there in the movie. I also like how it is sort of just like the original movie, except for a few more additional changes. 

3) Paris Bombings 

I chose the Paris Bombings as the most important news story of 2015 because there was many people affected by it. Not just in Paris, but in the whole world. Everyone joined in to help people feel better, and even though it was a head time people came together. Also, it was the only thing could talk about for weeks. It was also all over the news. 

4) Ellen DeGeneres

I chose Ellen DeGeneres as the mot important person of 2015. I chose her because she helps out people each and every day. She gives money to people who really need it. She helps out military families in need of money because their loved one is off fighting in the war. She goes out of her way to make people happy, and make people lives better. 

My Winter Break: 

1) I will remember spending time with my grandparents and cousins in Granbury because my grandmother has to go to a nursing home, so that was the last time we would be all together as a family. 

2) My resolutions are to read my bible more, also change and think about what I say before I say it. 

3) I am looking forward to a fresh start, and more fun and adventures with my friends. 

Finals Review

2) Rule of thirds- the subject of the picture is shifted from the center of the picture to the sides
    Balancine Elements- for example if you have a horse on one side of the picture, you have another          on on the other ice of the picture
    Leading Lines- the viewers eyes are attracted to the lines on the picture leading to the subject
    Symmetry and Patters- bring a sense of visual rhythm and harmony to photographs
    Viewpoint- angle,direction,or stance from which you choose to take a picture
    Background- having a simple background, without a lot of "distraction" in it
    Create Depth- you make your photo much more engaging and interesting to viewers eye
    Framing- using the things around the subject to make a frame or square looking things around it
    Cropping- removing of outer parts of an image
    Mergers and Avoiding them- not busy edges, where you don't crop out any part of the image

3) Aperture- controls the amount of light admitted through an opening
     ISO- controls the speed of light coming trough
     Shutter Speed- the length of time when a digital sensor inside the camera is exposed to light

4) Acceptable- taking away any blemishes like acne, or possibly whitening their teeth
    Not Acceptable- changeling around their while body, making body parts bugger or thinner,
    changing face and making it skinnier or changing eyes by making them bigger or a different color

5) Environmental Portrait- has subject where they normally would be, or outside
    Self Portrait- Where you take the photo yourself, and it has you in it
    Casual Portrait- where the subject of the photo isn't in a suit or anything, and they are just doing
    something they would normally do

6) Exposure- amount of light per unit area
    Depth of Field- distance between nearest and farthest objects
    Focal Length- distance from mm from the optical center of the lens to the focal point

7) Early Magazine- dedicated opening page to a title and a table of contents
    Poster Magazine- mainly just a big photo on the front, and the title, nothing else was on the front
    Married to Type Magazine- relied heavily on cover lines to draw readers inside than the art on the
    cover could accomplish
    Forest of words- covers integrate intense photography with amazingly large number of vivid cover
    lines, there is a lot more writing on the cover, and the writing overlaps the photo
